The conference fee is 200 Euro for the participants of the conference and 80 Euro for the accompanying persons.

Late registration fee is 250 Euro for the participants of the conference and 100 Euro for the accompanying persons.

The participant fee will include the coffee breaks, five lunches at the conference site restaurant, a welcome coctail, an excursion, a conference dinner, and the conference materials. The accompanying person registration fee will include a welcome coctail, an excursion, and a conference dinner.

We strongly encourage you to make the payment of the conference fee by a bank transfer.

The deadline for the payment of the conference fee (early registration) is 30th of June 2012.

The deadline for the payment of the conference fee (late registration) is 15th of August 2012.

Cash payments will be accepted in some exceptional circumstances upon registration at the conference desk (it especially refers to countries with less easy bank facilities). However, please let us know earlier by sending an email that you want to pay this way.
