There will be a special issue of the journal Annalen der Physik devoted to the conference with 10 pages contributions from invited speakers and 4 pages contributions from participants who had oral presentations. The submissions will be refereed in a regular AdP manner before publication. The deadline for the submission of the contributions is extended to the 15th of November 2009. The contributions are to be sent formatted in a special “Annalen der Physik” style both as Latex and PDF files to the conference address: gcosmo09@wmf.univ.szczecin.pl.
